For The Love Of Tidying® …
At For the Love of Tidying®, we help people break through overwhelm and regain control of their homes in a calm, supportive, non-judgemental way. We know clutter isn’t a character flaw — it’s often the result of life being busy, heavy, or simply full. Whether you’re feeling stuck, embarrassed, or unsure where to begin, we’re here to make it feel doable, guiding you step-by-step so you feel at ease, confident, and genuinely supported from the very start.
Our work is about more than making a space look neat — it’s about restoring your wellbeing. Using Georgina’s CLEAR Method (Connect, Lighten, Evaluate, Arrange, Restore), we declutter gently, organise for real life, and create simple routines that are easy to maintain. From one-room resets to whole-house transformations, moving and downsizing support, and online sessions and memberships, our goal is always the same: to lift the overwhelm, remove the shame, and help you feel proud of your home again — so everyday life feels lighter, calmer, and easier.
A little bit about us
Georgina
I’m Georgina, a decluttering specialist and home organising expert. I live in Hayfield in the High Peak with my husband, 2 children and 2 dogs. Having a busy household myself, I know how chaotic life can become.
I created For the Love of Tidying® after adding children to the mix and losing control of my once organised and functional home. Creating new systems and breaking down daily tasks, reduced the stress I was feeling as a new mum.
After going through times of stress in my teaching career and experiencing how debilitating anxiety can be, I realised that being able to control my surroundings gave me a feeling of freedom and balance in my life. Knowing where each item is within my home and each room functioning effectively, my family and I are so much happier, worrying less about the to-do’s and enjoying each day a whole lot more.
Being able to pass this knowledge and these techniques on to others is the most rewarding feeling. I see homes, but most importantly, my clients transform every day, becoming empowered, confident and with a new found self-belief, being able to maintain control of their surroundings once again.

Caroline
I’m Caroline and I joined Georgina at For The Love of Tidying® in February 2024. I have a background in working with a variety of people from all walks of life that are perhaps struggling with aspects of their mental health and neurodiversity.
I am a very organised person, a good tidy and declutter helps me calm and I know that for many others, having that help and support and turning their safe, home environment into one that allows for more mental clarity and peace is life changing.
What really inspires me and what I love about this job is supporting people to make changes within their home and seeing their own mindset change and their motivation to maintain it.

Lauren
Hello, my name is Lauren, devoted mother of three and I live in lovely Bollington. I joined FTLOT in April 2025 and haven’t looked back since.
My love is organisation, tidy spaces and calm zones around the home. Especially with my neurodiverse son, he really thrives in a structured home and loves routine. His bedroom is his happy place and always a tidy one because he has systems in place that we created together and that work for him as an individual. His favourite tool is my NIMBOT. We are completely hooked on labelling items in our home to make finding things much easier.
I’m extremely house proud, and I want to help others feel the same way. I have always been a very clean and tidy person because it makes me feel in control. I was born to be a decluttering specialist, and I want to support as many clients as possible. I know that this process will change your life for the better!

Andrea
I’m Andrea, I live in Glossop with my husband and 2 children (now young adults!). I started working for For The Love of Tidying in November 2025, and I can honestly say it’s changed my life.
I’ve always had a love and a passion for sorting and organising. At home I’m always sorting cupboards, drawers and rooms – I like everything to have a place (when you have a family constantly asking where things are, it helps to know where everything is in an instant!).
Like a lot of people, I’ve been through losses and struggles, and I’ve found having routine and things organised, helps so much. Having gone through these times, I understand how just a small set back can have your home turned upside down, how overwhelming it feels, and how having ‘chaos’ around you has such a huge impact.
I’ve always needed things around me to ‘have a place’ as it helps me mentally and keeps me calm.
Doing this job, that I’m so passionate about, being able to help people de-clutter, organise and bring that calmness to their lives, really is a dream for me..
